Pucinskaite
She was born in Lithuania (Naujoji Akmene) on November 27th 1975. She began her athletic activity at eight years with athletics, before moving on to cycling in adolescence.
In 1992 she began his adventure in Europe with the National Lithuania and then landed in Italy. In 1996 she signed her first professional team with "Michela Fanini Top Girls". In 1998 she won the Women's Tour de France, in 1999 the UCI Road World Championships in Verona, in 2006 she conquered the Giro d'Italia, repeating her pink success in 2007.
Closes her professional career at the World Championships in Geelong (Australia) with 98 victories.
In March 2010 she participated as a godmother at the official presentation of our association Avis Bike Pistoia a.s.d. and declares that at the end of that year she will leave the competitive activity and will be part of our team.
She is appointed Honorary President of our association AVIS Bike Pistoia a.s.d.
